Shipping & Returns

Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please state clearly on the returns section of the despatch note which item you want to exchange and for what. If we haven't the stock available we'll refund you and send you an email to let you know.

We're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible. You can see our full returns and cancellation policies in the sites Terms Conditions. If you have not received your order, please contact us quoting your order number.

Should you need to return your goods, you will need to pay for the return postage. Please ensure that you declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ for customs. If you fail to do so, we shall be charged import duty by customs. We shall pass any such charge on to you when refunding your card / exchanging your goods. You Should be able to find details about this in the documentation provided by most courier, if you are unsure, please contact your courier. Please note, if you require an exchange, outbound shipping charges will apply.
