Spray and Powder-Coat Paint Finishing
Spray and Powder-Coat Paint Finishing
Powder-coat paint application is a comparatively new process employing electrostatic charge to adhere a coating of fine epoxy particles to an object before baking to a high-gloss finish.
Powder-coat is an addition to our existing spray-booth facilities.
We can sand- and bead-blast components prior to painting for the highest quality finish
Powder-Coat Ovens
Ovens are maintained at a constant 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Powder coating is not suitable for base materials which will not withstand
continued exposure to these temperatures
Insulators
Powder coating depends on charging the object to be coated. Objects which are non-conducting or only partially conducting may present special problems to coat.
