Some examples of how we are working to improve our service to you include:

Our new online ordering system and progress tracking software.

Our new online ordering system offers customers placing regular orders for panel sets to customize their requirements onscreen. Orders are passed direct to our sales department (a purchase order must follow) and Wiring Lists and Work Instructions are automatically generated. This ensures that the customer gets exactly what they want with the minimum effort on both sides. The orders feed into our custom tracking system so we can tell you the status of your order at any time.

Access to the ordering system is on a password-controlled basis, so sensitive details are not on public view.

Orders are immediately acknowledged by email and a copy is maintained on our server. Past orders can easily be searched and viewed or amended.

We continue to take orders by Fax as previously. Contact us with your one-off or repeat requirements.

A new integrated business software package offering time-clock recording facilities, stock control, order processing, job scheduling and many other facilities including performance analysis.

Our commitment to continuous improvement is complete. This new system will permit even closer tracking and control of quality than our previous high standard.
