Conventional and Integrated Systems
Conventional and Integrated Systems
Our conventional instrument and control panels are built to the highest standards using the very best components as demanded by our clients. We understand what it takes to make an installation feel good under your fingers.
At the heart of our approach is the idea that a vessel should respond as a single entity.
Advances in technology are increasingly making this a reality. Our integrated Navigation, Control and Entertainment systems provide ease of use and high reliability through the seamless integration of autonomous subsystems. (TPe's remote breaker systems can still be manually operated. All our systems are designed to restart without excessive difficulty in the event of total battery discharge.)
Varying levels of redundancy can be accommodated, with a consequent reflection in cost.
Now a single touchscreen can display information and control remote functions. Details of readings as diverse as grey water tank status and engine RPM can be shown. It can also be used to display entertainment from a live satellite feed or from the vessels archive or to show a live view of the bow or stern when docking. It can even provide Internet access or be configured as an internal videophone.
RADAR, UAIS and ECS can all similarly be accommodated, although many of these systems currently incorporate a display, and some do not export display information.
Of course for safety reasons breakers are still required somewhere...
Our remote servo-operated-breaker boxes are fully compatible with touchscreen control and provide a convenient way to house control equipment discreetly, close to the appliance being controlled and with a concomitant saving in wiring bulk.
Onscreen icons and logos are all customised to reflect our client's own in-house styling. We don't piggy-back our advertising on your product.
